Can you check if my watch is original?
Yes, please email CustomerService@PorsamoBleu.com with the serial number from the back of your watch and we’ll verify its authenticity.

My watch bracelet is too long. How do I adjust it?
Any local jeweler or watch repair shop can remove the extra links and size the bracelet to your wrist in just a few minutes. Please check our Size Guide.
My watch needs a new battery. Where can I get it replaced?
Any reputable local jeweler or watch repair shop can replace the battery quickly. They typically keep the correct batteries on hand.
